Ok, it does look a little bit dated. But the food, the service and the staff are beyond amazing!! It was a busy night, but we didn't need to wait too long for drinks, and each course. The menu is varied, the food was absolutely first class! Delicious homemade bread too!Prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely be returning!

The restaurant itself could do with an upgrade however, the owners are lovely and make you not care about that. I went alone and felt welcome and so well looked after. All three of my courses were faultless especially my seafood pizza! Can't wait to go back!!

Visited this local, family-run Italian restaurant for the first time and was genuinely blown away. The food was absolutely delicious — the fettuccine pasta was clearly fresh or homemade, with the perfect texture that really stood out. Some people mention that the place looks a bit outdated, but I think that only adds to its charm and authenticity. It felt like we’d been transported to a small Italian village, especially hearing the chefs speaking Italian in the kitchen — such a lovely addition to the whole experience! The cheesy garlic bread was hands-down the best I’ve had in town — light, not too garlicky, just right. I also appreciated the complimentary olives and breadsticks to start, which is so rare these days and made the experience feel even more welcoming. The whole evening was a delight — warm, authentic, and affordable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone craving a true Italian dining experience. In my opinion, it’s the best Italian restaurant in town. 10/10!

Ciao Amor provided a truly enchanting evening that transported me straight to an old-town, family-run Italian restaurant. While some might call the decor dated, I found it to be an integral part of its charm—it felt warm, authentic, and nostalgic. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to accommodate. Their warmth added to the inviting atmosphere of the place. And then, the food—sublime doesn't even do it justice. Every bite was a testament to the care and passion that goes into their cooking. As for the prices, they were perfectly reflective of the quality of the food, making it a worthwhile dining experience. It’s definitely a place I’ll be eagerly looking forward to returning to.

Fantastic Restaurant! Booked for son’s 18th birthday. Atmosphere was terrific, staff fantastic and take the time to talk to you after the meal. Food is delicious- the chocolate cheesecake is a must! A real hidden gem in Taunton, I need to go more often! Highly recommended

Exceptionally good food, incredible atmosphere, and the owners and staff were friendly and attentive. The specials were superb and the homemade chocolate cheesecake topped the night off. Cannot wait for the next visit
